How to activate a Telair eSIM on your mobile phone
An eSIM is a digital SIM built into supported mobile phones. It allows you to activate your Telair mobile service without inserting a physical SIM card.
When your eSIM is ready, Telair will send you an activation QR code by email. You’ll use this QR code to download and activate the eSIM on your phone.
Before you begin
eSIM is only available on supported devices. Compatibility can vary by phone model, device variant, region and software version.
Before starting:
- Check that your phone supports eSIM.
- Connect your phone to Wi-Fi.
- Make sure your phone software is up to date.
- Have the email containing your Telair eSIM QR code ready.
- Where possible, display the QR code on another device, such as a computer, tablet or another phone, so you can scan it using the phone you are activating.
Important: Your eSIM QR code contains the information required to activate your service. Keep it secure and do not share it with anyone.
If you cannot see an option to add or download an eSIM on your phone, check the manufacturer’s specifications for your exact model or contact Telair Support.
