Viewing & Updating Users

The Telair portal allows you to add, modify and remove authorised users. Users can be assigned various roles and permissions which allow them to login to the portal and view invoices, update billing details, and order new services etc.

You can find a list of Roles and their permissions here.

View Existing Users

To view the authorised users on your Telair account and update their details, login to the portal and then:

  1. Click on Accounts
  2. Click Users

Edit an Existing User

  1. Hover over the Actions menu next to the user's name and click the down arrow

  2. Click Edit User SettingsEdit user - menu click.png
  3. You have the option to edit General Settings, which includes updating the First Name, Last Name, Mobile and Position. Make any desired changes and click Save.Edit user - edit profile.png
  4. Or click Permission Settings to update roles and permissions. Make any desired changes here and click Save.
