Checking your Data Bank Balance

Due to the 3G network shutdown, USSD codes (e.g. *159#) are no longer supported. Customers can now manage their services and check their balance via SMS.

Follow these steps to check your balance:

  1. Open the messaging app on your mobile device.
  2. Send an SMS with the word "Bal" to 179.
  3. Shortly after, you will receive a reply with your balance information.

This method allows you to conveniently access your balance details without requiring internet connectivity or additional applications.
