An email will be sent to the email address that you have specified in the Call Routing with a PDF attachment which you can download and print.

If you are having issues receiving faxes, check the following is correct:
- The fax number
- The email address specified in the Call Routing
Failing that, test another email address to see if it is isolated to the original email address.
Note: It is recommended to try an email address on another domain for best results.
