    • Note: An attachment is always required when sending a fax.
  • Once compiled, click send.

Note: The email must be formatted in Plain Text, Rich Text may cause issues.

If you wish to add more users to be able to send faxes please do not hesitate to contact our team.

-----

If you are having issues sending faxes, check the following:

  • The email address you are sending from is authorised to send faxes
  • The email being sent is formatted in Plain Text (Rich Text may cause issues)
  • There is a PDF file attached, and it is A4 sized

Failing that, the error email you receive should guide you further, Tech Support is able to assist if you forward that error email to them. The email is support@telair.com.au.

A reminder: Virtual Fax Updates

Sending faxes via email has moved to a workspace-specific format:

To send a fax users will now use fax@{workspace}.mycloudpbx.com.au (e.g. fax@acme.mycloudpbx.com.au) instead of fax@mycloudpbx.com.au.

If you're unsure of your workspace name, this can easily be found on your monthly Telair invoice. See below for an example. The highlighted text is what you would use for the workspace name.

Tip: Enter the workspace name without “pbx_” or any bracketed text.
