- Additional infrastructure is still required before Telair can order a service

| Service Class 1 | - Your premises is in the footprint of the Fibre Network (FTTP)
- There is still some physical fibre cabling that needs to be done
- You can order a service and we will organise a technician visit

| Service Class 2 | - Your premises is in the footprint of the Fibre Network (FTTP)
- There is a physical connection in place, but the nbn box (NTD) is not installed
- You can order a service and we will organise a technician visit
|
| Service Class 3 | - Your premises is in the footprint of the Fibre Network (FTTP)
- There is a physical connection in place and the nbn box (NTD) is installed and receiving mains power
- You can order a service for remote activation

| Fixed Wireless (FW) |
| Service Class 4 | - Your premises is in the footprint of the Wireless Network but the wireless tower is not yet operational

| Service Class 5 | - Your premises is in the footprint of the Wireless Network and the wireless tower is operational
- Additional hardware is required, such as antenna and NTD
- You can order a service and we will organise a technician visit

| Service Class 6 | - Your premises is in the footprint of the Wireless Network and the wireless tower is operational
- The antenna and NTD are in place
- You can order a service for remote activation

| Satellite |
| Service Class 7-9 | - These relate to Satellite service types, which are not available from Telair
|
| Fibre to the Node (FTTN) |
| Service Class 10 | - Your premises will be serviceable by Copper for FTTN/FTTB, but is not yet ready
|
| Service Class 11 | - Your premises is serviceable by Copper for FTTN/FTTB, however additional infrastructure work is required by nbn co
- You'll need to make sure internal cabling and conduit is in place as nbn technicians will only run a physical cable to the premises
- In the case of FTTB, nbn will need access to the communications room, and an internal copper line must be available from there into your apartment

| Service Class 12 | - Your premises is serviceable by FTTN/FTTB and can be activated
- A technician will perform jumpering work at the node to get the service working, they will not attend your premises
|
| Service Class 13 | - Your premises is serviceable by FTTN/FTTB and the jumpering is complete
- You can order a service and we will connect it remotely

| Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) |
| Service Class 20 | - Your premises will be serviceable by HFC but is not yet ready
|
| Service Class 21 | - Your premises is serviceable by HFC but requires a lead-in or NTD
- You can order a service and we will organise a technician visit

| Service Class 22 | - Your premises is serviceable by HFC, has a lead-in, but requires a wall-plate or NTD
