Telair uses different upstream SIP providers depending on the service. Each SIP domain has its own IP ranges that must be whitelisted for SIP signalling and RTP media. Please ensure you only apply the ranges for the SIP domain assigned to your service. The domains are not interchangeable.

Additional Notes for sip.telair.net.au
- SIP 2.0 is supported via UDP or TCP.
- RTP is supported via UDP.
- SIP registration is supported. We recommend an expiry of 60 minutes when using a static IP address.
- DTMF is supported using RFC2833.
- Preferred codecs (in order): G.722, G.711a, G.729a/b, G.711u.
- QoS DSCP markings: SIP = CS3 (24), RTP = EF (46).
Network Recommendations
- Disable SIP ALG on your router or firewall.
- Apply QoS to prioritise voice traffic.
