To update your payment method, including Direct Debit details, login to the portal and then:
- Click Billing
- Click Payment Method
- Click Update Payment Method, which will take you to the automated payments Payment Method screen
- On here, you can either:
- Add a Credit Card for automated payment of your monthly invoices
- Or switch to Direct Debit from a bank account
- You can then click Go back to dashboard once you've updated your Payment Method.
