Deleting a User

If a contact leaves the business, you'll want to make sure they're removed from the portal so they can't enquire or make any account changes.

To do this, make sure you're logged in to the portal, and then:

  1. Click on Accounts
  2. Click Users

  3. Hover over the Actions menu next to the user's name and click the down arrow

  4. Click Delete User

  5. Click DELETE PERMANENTLY to confirm the deletion
