Service Information Overview

  • Updated

Clicking into any Service on the Services panel will show information about the selected Service.

Each service type will have common attributes:

  • Friendly Name - This is an alias you can label a service in both the portal and to also appear on your invoices for easy reference. If you leave this unedited, we will show the service number or reference ID in the portal.
  • Service Type - This is the type of service (e.g Internet, Telstra Fibre, uPBX etc)
  • Department - Like Friendly Name above, you can label this for easier reference on both the portal and your invoice.
  • Status - This shows your service order status (e.g Pending or Active). Withdrawn or disconnected services will disappear from the portal.
  • Plan Name - This is the name of the plan attached to your service.
  • Address - This is the address at which the service in question is connected.
  • Service Number or Service ID - The unique ID we use to identify your service. For telephone services, this will just be the full ten digit mobile or fixed national number (or six digits for 13 numbers).

Note: Friendly Name and Department can be easily edited in the Alias panel on this page. You can also change your service plan or disconnect the service from this page.

You can also change your service plan or disconnect the service from this page.
