When you login to the Pulse Customer Portal, you will be greeted by an overview of your active services (marked as Active), and services waiting to be connected (marked as Provisioning).
For your convenience, the Pulse Customer Portal offers a range of filtering and sorting options.
Service Filtering
To filter by Service Type:
- Click Service Type
- Select the Service Type(s) you wish to see
To filter by Service Status:
- Click Service Status
- Select the Service Status(s) you wish to see
Service Grouping & Sorting
You can group services a number of ways:
- Parent: Groups services by Parent shows Parent services grouped with any Sub/Subordinate services
- Service Type (Default): Groups services by Service Type.
- Department: Groups services by friendly Department name you can set (this will also be shown on your invoices for easy reference).
- Status: Groups services by the connection status - such as Active or Provisioning.
Whereas Sorting allows you to sort your services by the following:
- ID - The service ID
- Name - The friendly name of the service
- Number - The allocated service number
- Department - The department you can list the service in
- Status - The provisioning status of the service (e.g Active, Provisioning, etc)
- And other details such as Address, Plan Name, Carrier, Contract Start/End, Speed Down/Up, and Location ID.
