Here is the Telair Pulse Customer Portal Dashboard and its main elements.

Dashboard Elements

Services
- This is the default page you'll see when logging in.
- It shows all of your Active services, and any services in Provisioning (i.e waiting to be connected).

Order Services
- From here you can order a new small business internet service (like nbn), or enterprise fibre (like Telstra Fibre & nbn Enterprise Ethernet - note: enterprise fibre options will provide a quotation at this stage. Full ordering capablities will be available in the coming months).
- You can also check your address for nbn Enterprise Ethernet and other premium fibre options, however, ordering this service type is not yet available from within the Customer Portal.
- You can also now order mobile services through this section.

Billing
- Invoices: Your monthly (and any ad-hoc) Telair invoices can be found here.
- Payment Method: Here is where you can add, modify or remove your Direct Debit payment method and preferences.

Account
- Users: From here you can see the users with access to the portal, add new users, and change user permissions (e.g view billing only, service ordering, or do everything etc).
- Settings: From here you can view your Account Details and update your Invoice Preferences, such as changing the email address invoices go to and adding any notes to include on invoices.

Support Portal
- This opens a direct link to Telair's Support Portal: https://support.telair.com.au.

Service Status
- This opens a direct link to Telair's Service Status page at https://status.telair.com.au/ - where you can view real-time updates on network performance, planned maintenance, and any service disruptions.

- Here is where you can sign out, or switch accounts if your email address is associated with more than one account.
