Enable your CRM Integration
This is done by following the setup guide specific to your CRM.
Microsoft Dynamics
Generic CRM
Hubspot

Once you have enabled the CRM Integration of choice, all users on your PBX can now sign into the application on their device.
Login to the application
Go to https://mycloud.telair.com.au/ to start. You can login to the web client in a number of ways:- Using your Workspace, Extension Number, and Extension Password.
- Using your Workspace, Extension Number, and a Unique One-Time Password. (uPBX will call your extension and read the number to you.)
What is my Workspace?
Your PBX Workspace is a dedicated environment for each organisations PBX and associated services.
When you order a PBX, you get a unique Workspace which serves as a central hub for managing and operating your telephony needs.
Your Workspace name is easily located within our online configuration Portal on the PBX homepage as shown here:
For example, if your PBX Name is pbx_training, then your Workspace is 'training'.
If you do not have access to the PBX Configuration panel, simply reach out to your Administrator who will be able to help you.
You can also sign in with your Office Phone Number instead:
- Using your Office Phone Number, Extension Number, and Extension Password.
- Using your Office Phone Number, Extension Number, and a Unique One-Time Password. (uPBX will call your extension and read the number to you.)
Using the application
- CRM: This shows the current CRM that has been enabled by your administrator. In this case the 'GenericCRM' functionality has been enalbed.
- CRM Integration Status: This shows that the chosen CRM has been Enabled by the administrator.
- CRM Smart-Open: This shows that you have enabled the 'CRM Smart-Open' feature for your user. (Each uPBX user can customise this based on their personal requirements..)
