Linked Office

Overview

Linked Office allows you to link a non-MyCloudPBX phone system, such as 3CX, to the MyCloudPBX and take advantage of the call flow functionality such as Day/Nights, Holidays, and Announcements. This is registered to the PBX using an authentication ID and password, similar to a regular SIP trunk.

Create or Modify a Linked Office

From the PBX homepage, click 'Offices & Users'. 

On this page, you will see an overview of each configured Office:

  • To Add a Linked Office, click the “Add Linked Office” button.
  • To Delete a Linked Office, click the button.
  • To Modify a Linked Office, click on the button.

 

Linked Office Settings

 

  • Name: Name of the office. This is just for your reference.
  • Country: Country of the phone numbers.
  • Timezone: Timezone of the office. We recommend using the correct time zone to avoid discrepancies in call routing and reporting.
  • Office Default Outbound Number: Outbound phone number for calls made by the Linked Office.
  • Start/End range: Extension Number Range. Internal calls made to these extension numbers will be directed to the PBX
  • Authentication ID & Password: Registration details for your PBX.
